What is a chronic wound?
Chronic wounds occur when the body's own healing mechanisms are altered by pressure, trauma, medications, varicose veins, diabetes, injuries and other medical conditions that impair wound healing.
A Board Certified Surgeon will supervise and treat your wounds. Our nurses specializing in wound care will also be present for assistance as well as other personnel.
A wound management program will be developed for your wound. Wound management programs usually succeed where traditional treatment programs have failed.
Assistance in arranging transportation is available.
